JavaScript is disabled

For full functionality of Adventure Office it is necessary to enable JavaScript.
Please follow these instructions to enable JavaScript in your web browser.

  Google Chrome

PC

  1. To the right of the address bar, click the menu icon (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines).
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click the Show advanced settings link.
  4. Under the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  5. Under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript option.
  6. Click the Done button.
  7. Close the Settings tab.
  8. Finally, click on the Refresh button of the web browser to refresh the page.

MAC

  1. Select Chrome from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. In the left-hand column, select Settings from the list.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the Show advanced settings link.
  5. Under the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  6. Under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript option.
  7. Click the Done button.
  8. Close the Settings tab.
  9. Finally, click on the Refresh button of the web browser to refresh the page.

Mobile (iOS/Android)

  1. At the top of the Chrome app, tap or (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines or dots).
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Privacy.
  4. Tap Clear All and then Clear All again.
  5. Tap Done in the top right of the app.
  6. Finally, pull down the page to Refresh it.

  Mozilla Firefox

PC/MAC

  1. In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.
  2. Click the I'll be careful, I promise button if a warning message appears.
  3. In the search box, search for javascript.enabled
  4. Toggle the javascript.enabled preference (right-click and select Toggle) to change the value from false to true.
  5. Finally, click on the Refresh button of the web browser to refresh the page.

  Internet Explorer

PC

  1. To the right of the address bar, click the menu icon (the gear icon).
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. On the Security tab, click on the Custom level button.
  5. When the Security Settings - Internet Zone window opens, look for the Scripting section.
  6. In the Active Scripting item, select Enable.
  7. When the Warning! window pops out asking "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?" select Yes.
  8. In the Internet Options window click on the OK button to close it.
  9. Finally, click on the Refresh button of the web browser to refresh the page.

  Apple Safari

MAC

  1. Select Safari from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Preferences from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is ticked and the Accept Cookies - Always option is selected.
  5. Now that you have completed these steps click the Close button at the top of the window.
  6. Finally, click on the Refresh button of the web browser to refresh the page.

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Safari.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
  4. Scroll down and tap on Clear History and Website Data. If the letters are Blue, that means you can clear the data. If they are Grey, that means you've recently cleared the data, so there's nothing to remove.
  5. Tap Clear History and Data
  6. Finally, re-launch Safari and go to Adventure Office.
